My wife and I were first time home buyers when we worked with Amy. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the whole process, taking extra time to explain everything in detail - from the house visits to putting in an offer all the way through to closing. It inspired lots of confidence knowing she had our back. The whole Cream City Real Estate Team also helped to support her as necessary, which helped create a feeling of being totally covered myself. I was recommended The Cream City Real Estate Co and Lindsey Rae Gannon by a friend and it was a wonderful experience working with them searching for and buying a house. Lindsey was responsive and patient over the length of the search and was able to bring her professional insight and experience to help assess each home. When we finally had an offer accepted she ensured the closing process went smoothly and was able to adapt to changing timelines. As first time homebuyers in the south Milwaukee/Bay View area, we had an excellent experience with Cream City Real Estate. We specifically worked with Shelly Budde who went above and beyond to help us during our home search. Shelly was extremely patient and thorough during the entire process, answering our many questions (at all hours of the day) and walking us through step by step. She sent us listings that she thought would fit our needs and even got us in to be the very first showing of the house we ended up purchasing. Everyone at Cream City Real estate is knowledgeable and friendly - we had a few showings with Joan and Amy as well. This group has extensive real estate experience and is especially familiar with the Bay View area, they had past experience with several of the houses we viewed.
