Cream City Buyers has been a GODSEND to our family! We are so grateful for the kindness and patience throughout the process of selling our Mom’s home. I first reached out to Cream City a couple years ago, and spoke to Kurt. I told him the story of my Mom, a very proud woman who has lived independently in her home for 30 plus years. I explained to Kurt that at some point… unsure when, she will need to move to assisted living and we will need to sell her home, and it will need a lot of work. From that first call, Kurt was so kind, empathetic and assuring. He also spent a good amount of time answering my many questions. After that call, my mom stayed in her home over a year and a half. Kurt checked in once in a while, maybe every 6 months, never pushing, just a friendly check-in. When the time came to sell, I reached out to him to let him know we were ready, and asked about next steps. Which was to meet at the house for a walk through, very flexible scheduling, all at our convenience. Within days, I met Chris there on a Friday afternoon, and by 6pm the same evening, Chris sent the written offer. From there, the ball rolled quickly, and it was less than 2 weeks from the offer to the close. We were amazed by the seamless, stress-free process. Our family is SO very grateful to Cream City Buyers, Kurt and Chris, for easing so many of our stresses. You are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!

I was skeptical at first and never considered selling my mother's home the non conventional way. When I spoke to Cream City Home Buyers I was so impressed with their professionalism and how easy and stress free it was. This process is so smooth and the offer is definitely above what I thought they would offer. I cannot express how easy and polite Chris was when working with him. I highly recommend anyone considering selling their home to contact Cream City Home Buyers!!! You will not regret it. They can be trusted and will do everything on behalf of the seller which isn't the case with conventional Realtors. Please take 5 minutes of your time and give them a call. You will be happy you did!

I had a great experience with Cream City Home Buyers and would strongly recommend them. I met with a few companies as I was trying to sell my home, but CCHB definitely stood out. They answered all of my questions, acted with professionalism, and made a fair and honest offer. Even after our business was settled and I mistakenly sent a package to the home, they took the time to ship my packages to me out of state. I could not be happier and absolutely recommend them if you are looking to sell your home.

I had an excellent experience with Cream City Home Buyers and would highly recommend them to everyone. I sold the house for a fair price and the communication and professionalism was outstanding. I now live 4 hours away from the home I sold and was able to complete all the paperwork remotely - saving time, money & the frustration of traveling. The house was sold “as is” so I didn’t have to have any repairs done or do any cleaning. Fantastic job – thanks so much!
