Andrew Euting at Riverwest Realty was so great to work with throughout our home search. He was always willing to show us a home at the drop of a hat, which made such a difference in such a competitive market. We never felt rushed or pressured, instead, we felt completely supported every step of the way. He really listened to what we were looking for and worked hard to find a home that not only fit our growing family’s needs but still had the charm and character we loved. That balance was so important to us, and we feel the home we found checked all of our boxes! Once we found that home, he advocated for us every step of the way and ensured we were able to secure our home at a price we were comfortable with. We’re so grateful for his dedication, flexibility, and genuine care. We couldn’t recommend Andrew more highly!

Teral is amazing, what can I say other than from start to finish she is always there to support and help her clients. I have had the pleasure to not only buy my house with her 7 years ago, but then sell it just last month. We got an offer in just two weeks, she was grinding out open houses every weekend and advertising across all her channels. Due to her hard work we found the right buyers and both parties came away happy. I don’t want to make this review too long so I will sum it up - use Teral, you will never regret the decision. Coming to leave a review here, I'm not surprised that Riverwest Realty is almost exclusively 5 stars. I owned a small bungalow that was purchased at market peak 20 years ago at Center and Pierce. I tried and failed to sell twice. Riverwest is a unique neighborhood, and you need realtors who understand the neighborhood and its selling points. When I reached out, Lance knew my home already and had a great understanding of both its strengths and drawbacks. He gave a realistic assessment and strategy on how to sell the home. When selling in riverwest, I'm confident they're the best team to work with
