Owner Nick Ruiz is a nice guy for one. More importantly, he is transparent, upfront and honest. I had no experience with the home buying process previous to working with Nick, and he helped lead me through it and eased concerns I had along the way. We even had a great conversation at closing. Read his more than 76 five-star reviews before committing to working with him. A refreshingly candid and forthright professional in an industry with some seemingly shady operators.

Nick has been an awesome investor. He has made this a for easy transaction that would have been very difficult. He told me from the beginning what the selling price would be and stuck to it until we closed the deal. Nick is a very trustworthy investor and very nice. He has worked with us since the beginning and has been very flexible and easy to work with. Throughout the whole sell he was professional, responsive, and upfront. No hidden fees whatsoever. If you look at the taxes you can break it down p We are so thankful to Nick for everything he has done for us! 10/10 would recommend!

I called Nick after hearing him on the radio. He called me back promptly, made arrangements to see my dad’s property at his convenience, spent time with him at the walk through explaining the process, and we accepted Nick’s offer that evening. No closing costs, no appraisal or inspection fees, no clean out, and a closing date within 3 weeks. Nick is amazing to work with and I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Nick!

Nick was great to work with during his purchase of my brother's house. He was very professional. He was very helpful in getting all the paperwork ready and signed. He went out of his way with helping my brother get everything cleared with the city of Milwaukee. He even used his own resources to get the house to code so it could be sold to him. Nick showed compassion and concerned in making sure my brother had a place to move to before we closed on the house. Nick definitely made the sell of our house go as smoothly as possible. I had a GREAT experience with Metro Milwaukee Home Buyer while selling my dad’s house to them. I’ve had plenty to do since my dad unexpectedly passed away, selling his house was one of them. It was difficult for me to continue to go to my dad’s house since it was my childhood home and the house I took care of my ailing mom in for several years, so I met with Nick from Metro Milwaukee Home Buyer. Nick did not contact me like these other companies, he was referred to me by a family friend. Nick was transparent and honest from the start of the process, he’s very knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price for my dad’s house. The whole process itself was quick and seamless. It was a huge burden that was easily lifted from my shoulders thanks to the help of Nick.
