When we learn from the neighbor about Flat Fee Milwaukee, we were very skeptical and cautious, because of the fairly low price they charge. However, after talking to Nan and getting all our questions and concerns answered, we didn't hesitate anymore to go with the company. Paul was in charge of managing the listing. He prepared market analysis and priced the place accordingly. We had an offer within the week. All paperwork was managed and explained. Paul kept communication line via text and emails. End result, the company delivered what was promised and gained another happy customers.

Paul was both efficient and really pleasant to deal with. My rental property sold extremely quickly. Paul stopped over to see the property, posted it, got an offer the same day, and I accepted it. I enjoyed working with Paul, especially the nice interaction we had on the asking price. He brought a lot of experience to the question, but was also willing to consider information that I had. We sold our home in under 3 days with a cash offer/over asking price with Paul at MKE flat fee homes. (note: We also had another commission-based realtor provide us with a “market analysis” for the home which was $30k lower than what we listed with Paul). The automated showings made everything super easy and Paul provided breakdowns for the several great offers we received. He also answered our call on Saturday night to answer questions when we had an offer that was going to expire that night. Prior to deciding to list with MKE flat fee, I had multiple calls with Nan who answered all my questions without being salesy or pompous at all (unlike some of the other selling realtors we conversed with). This was the best experience we could’ve imagined. Worth the “flat fee” rate and then some.

We have sold multiple properties with Milwaukee Flat Fee. Each time with a positive result that allowed us to net a higher amount of the sale proceeds verse using a traditional broker. Paul has a high level of skill with real estate transactions and Nan was a pleasure to work with. If you decide to use this broker, which we highly recommend, please understand that the process is designed to be fairly simple and streamlined with showings etc and that once the initial listing is live you can sit back and wait without much need for engagement until there is a formal offer presented to you by Paul and team.
