Beau was very professional to work with.Considering that this is where I raised my family, this sale was hard for me. Beau was considerate of that. After negotiating with Beau and considering that he bought our home as is, I feel that I received a fair and equitable price. The whole process was very quick and easy. It was a pleasure dealing with Beau in the sale of my house. He toured my house, asked a few questions and came back with a reasonable offer to purchase. I countered his offer and we met in the middle. We set a closing date signed some papers and transfer some money. Smooth as silk!
