Josh was easy to work with and gave us an offer right away. Not pushy at all. We thought about it for a few days then decided it was best for us. I think we closed ten days later. He cleaned out the house too. I would work with him again.

My experience with this company was great! I really can’t say enough good things about them or the process. I worked with Josh who was responsive and transparent, and I received a fair offer on my house. He encouraged me to consider other options for selling as well. Would go to them if I had another house to sell!!!
