I couldn’t have had a more pleasant home buying experience without the help of Joel Newman at the Ashton Real Estate Group. He drove countless hours to tour different houses with me, and worked tirelessly to get as much information prior to the tours. Once we found the right house, he was up at all hours of the night to ensure negotiations went smoothly and the seller was holding up their end of repairs. He’s extremely well versed in his field, and I couldn’t imagine another agent working half as hard as he did. I can’t say enough good things about Joel, he’s extremely honest and transparent, as well as trustworthy with your investment. Everyone warned me about getting the wrong people, THESE are the right people!

We worked with Will Peyton with the Ashton Real Estate Group and we had such an amazing experience. We met Will about 10 months before we even listed our home. Within those 10 months he came to our home multiple times to give advice on paint colors, furniture organization, and small maintenance projects. When we did list our home, we had an offer the first day. We were able to reach him anytime, any day and he was always there for us, walking us through the process. I HIGHLY recommend Will.

This was the most unique situation, we started our journey with Makala in mid April. We told her what we wanted and she went right to work… was easy some days yes, other day especially towards the end…. We hit a few patches, but that is apart of the game… Look what God has done..
