We have bought and sold a few houses in the past but working with Oak Street Group (on both the buying and the selling side) was hands down the best real estate experience we've ever had! On the buy side, Brianna made us feel well taken care of - her approach and philosophy on listing made a huge difference. While other houses in our neighborhood had been sitting for months, ours sold in less than 3 weeks. It's not just her negotiation skills, it's also her roster of skilled workers who came in and did top notch work to get the house in shape to sell. On the buying side, Jenny and Bradley were attentive, not pushy, and very thorough in the questions they asked the seller (things I wouldn't have thought to ask on my own). They helped us find our dream home before it hit the market, something we wouldn't have been able to do without their excellent connections. Bonnie and Jenny in the office handled all the backend details and I've never had a transaction go so smoothly! Talk about a dream team! Comparing them to other realtors we interviewed is unfair - Oak Street was in a completely different league. We found Brianna on Google as a top-rated realtor, and she did not disappoint. She was transparent, honest, and an excellent communicator from start to finish, making the entire process seamless. For our rental property, she brought a clear strategy—connecting us with a great stager, creating a strong listing, and using professional photos and a 3D tour to attract buyers. We listed on 1/16, went pending by 2/9 (24 days!), and closed on 3/12. She negotiated a great deal while keeping our costs down.
