They seemed polished on the front end but was assigned a “junior” employee, that’s the best I could describe. As he got frustrated with our questions, it was bizarre like he has a short temper. He didn’t blow up but his expressions could not hide it. We really wanted to use CHORD but ultimately Sean Macri is why we went left. More training is needed! Two stars since the others we made contact with seemed normal and friendly.
