Michael is the best! He is an expert about the area I was searching in, the greater Nashville metro area market overall, and current status of the market. He had my best interests in mind and educated me about the home buying process. Being a first time home buyer, and purchasing a new build, there were many situations that came up that I was unfamiliar with. Michael and his team were very knowledgeable and responsive, and addressed all of the questions I had. He knew I’ve been working to buy a home for a while and doing it by myself, and took that seriously. Michael had my back throughout the process, and went above and beyond so that I got exactly what I wanted and more. The little details he paid attention to really proves he cares about his clients. I can’t wait to work with him again in the future!!
