New Again Houses was the third company we worked with the sale of our house. The first person waited 30 days before they told us that they dropped their offer and a significant drop. Then we worked with a company that took over 60 days and they decided they didn’t wanna work with us anymore. I spoke with Kyle and he gave us a preliminary offer and then checked with Cory and they came back with an offer. We were willing to accept and in less than 30 days everything was taken care of. Everything was so easy and smooth. The previous company I was showing the house for them I highly recommend New Again Houses , they’re honest and reliable. I wish I had gone with them first.

Very Good Experience! I honestly had my doubts but the entire process was straight forward, the cash offer for my house was fair, and the timeline for closing was somewhat flexible and met my needs. Kyle was courteous, professional, and kept me apprised on all details which I appreciated. Overall it was a positive experience and I have no regrets! I would definitely recommend.

We needed to sell mom's 2000sf 3/2 brick home on 1.25 acre months after she moved to a facility. My online search suggested this company as a 'good match'. Kyle walked me through the process, pictures were sent of the property but there was never a physical walk-thru. He came back with a $220k offer which was low on our spectrum of bids: TN Home Solution $200k, $236k TN Home Buyers, Mark Spain-no bid (no comparable in area but wanted a contract to show 'his investors') We had an individual investor who after negotiations offered $270 but the deal fell apart for lack of funds. Kyle continued communications throughout this process and offered possible $230k with a physical walk through to meet house standards. We found an investor who paid $242k cash with all closing fees paid and 5 day closing. Done! Kudos to New Again House for the communication but they couldn't meet or match other offers hence the star. My recommendation is to look around and dont sell yourself short if your not desperate to sell.
