We used Tyler as our agent to sell our house. We couldn’t have been more pleased! Tyler was nice right from the start and kept us from panicking when our first buyer pulled out the day before closing. He quickly relisted and was under contract in just days. We recently sold our home using Felix Homes and had a fantastic experience. Tyler and Yira were very professional and on top of all the paperwork that was needed. They always took our calls and kept us in the loop whenever anything changed. We were able to sell our house quickly in a market that is saturated with homes. We also saved $5k by having the lower commission than the traditional 3%. I plan to use Felix Homes in the future and you should too.

We highly recommend using Felix Homes as your realtor. Everything was done professionally, and Tyler is a great person. He was always available on the spur of the moment if we had questions or concerns. And of course, saved us a ton of money in fees. Why anyone would not use Felix Homes is beyond me. Realtor fees cut in half, but still great service. We were originally going to sell by owner because we didn't want to give away 6% of our hard earned money. Long story short; we came out with more than we originally hoped for, our house sold very quickly, and Felix Homes made their commission; Everyone happy. Give Felix Homes a chance at your business, and you won't be sorry. Tyler was a blessing to us.
