Andrea zeroed in on exactly what kind of house we were looking for before we even did and she found the perfect house in a promising neighborhood at exactly the right price. I could tell she really takes pride in her knowledge and enjoys helping people in this way. And then the hard part of the process. She stuck with us and got us everything we needed through a very atypical sale and lender setup. Despite many anxieties and some bumps in the road, my wife and I decided to trust her and her team implicitly and that trust was rewarded. Perhaps a toxic statement, but while you may not always know what Andrea is doing, best believe she knows what she's doing, and she's doing it on your behalf. My wife and I are moving into our dream home this weekend and it never would have happened without Andrea and Penny. I believe God wanted us to have this house. And thus, I believe God had us stumble across Andrea in our search to make sure it happened. Everyone we interacted with through the process who knew Andrea sang her praises and lauded her professionalism. We were lucky and blessed to have her as our agent. Try not to put her through as much trouble as we did though!

They were extremely responsive and quick to solve any issues that came up, always following up to ensure everything stayed on track. She truly listened to my needs and wants throughout the process and made the experience feel seamless.
