Eric made it so simple and easy through the whole process for us. He worked with our schedule. He gave us a very fair offer. He answered all our questions since this was our first time selling. If you are wanting to sell fast with no hassles then he is your guy!!!! He was fun to work with too. Great personality 😊

I was very pleased with the way Eric Scheele treated me. I was trying to find a fix and flip buyer, but kept finding Wholesalers. When I called Eric, he explained to me that he was truly a fix and flip buyer. I was in a bind, as my last tenants left me with thousands of dollars worth of repairs. I was tired of being a landlord for tenants who don't care how they treat their home. We agreed on a fair price, and even though Eric could not close when I had wanted to, I was willing to wait the 2 months Eric needed as I wanted him to purchase my property. He immediately sent me a contract to buy "as is" and without an inspection with an approximate closeting date. Even though he did not technically own the property yet, he kept the grass mowed and checked on the property occasionally to make sure everything was ok since I live out of state. We closed when he said we would and it all went smoothly! I would totally recommend working with Eric if you have a property you would like to sell for whatever reason. He is trustworthy and true to his word. After he takes a look at the property he gives you a fair offer. Eric was a pleasure to work with!

We inherited a small house in Roeland Park when my brother-in-law passed away. No one in the family had the time or skills to fix it up for a regular sale so we reached out to several of these companies that advertise buying houses "as is" for a fast sale. I found out that process is a learning curve with a lot of potential bad actors who can take advantage of uneducated sellers. Many "cash buyers" are not really buyers at all. They get you to sign a contract which they "assign" (sell) on to someone else which can cause a myriad of delays and problems. Then there are the cash buyers who get you to sign a complicated and difficult to decipher contract which locks the seller into the deal, but allows the buyer to back out or delay or reduce the price based on additional "inspections" or other criteria. I also encountered buyers who wanted us to sign their one-sided contract, but would not even put down earnest money to show they were sincere in their intention to follow through with the sale. Beware! I am so glad we found Eric with KC Property Guys. In comparison with the other companies, he made everything so simple and transparent and fair to both parties. ** He came out and did his own full inspection of the house, ran all the numbers in his head, and gave us a fair price on the spot. ** His contract is only 3 pages, written in plain and simple language, and you will not need an attorney to decipher it. ** The contract specifically states that KC Property Guys will be the cash buyer and the contract cannot be assigned to anyone else. ** The house sold as-is based on Eric's inspection and there was no clause allowing further inspections or criteria where the buyer could delay or back out or change the price. ** He put down substantial earnest money to ensure he would close the deal as agreed. ** He used a reputable and professional title company (Platinum Title) who handled everything for us and he paid all the closing costs. ** Our sale closed on time as agreed. All we had to do was provide a clear title and show up to sign the papers. Based on my experience with multiple cash buyer companies in the Kansas City area, I really cannot recommend KC Property Guys highly enough. If you want to sell a home for cash in as-is condition you should definitely give them a chance to make you an offer.

Eric and KC Property Guys were wonderful to work with on the sale of a family home. A single visit was all it took, he was informative and there was no pressure, and his offer was reasonable. Appreciate everything about the experience!!! Thanks Eric!
