Highly recommend! My husband and I were first time home buyers and were super nervous and filled with questions- we were lucky to be matched with Amber Ryan. Honestly in our scenario everything really aligned for us. I'm sure with the hard work behind the scenes from Amber, we weren't met with many hard decisions or doubt. Every question went answered and anything I had no insight on Amber helped! We really wanted a house in the heart of Kansas City- one with lots of charm and history as well as an agent who was well equipped to take that on. Both aesthetically and logistically speaking, as with older house comes different expertise on things you do and don't want as well as things you might not have thought about. My husband and I are forever grateful and would highly recommend this agency. I say this typing from my new office in the house of my dreams lol thanks again Amber!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Desi Jostmeyer and the rest of the Dani Beyer group. As first-time home buyers, the idea of searching for and buying a home within our budget during the busy spring season was very daunting. But we were lucky to connect with Desi and have her walk us through the process. She gave us valuable insights from our very first Zoom call with her and answered a million questions over the few months we worked with her. When it came time to tour houses, she was always willing to fit us in and work around our schedule. Thanks to Desi's experience, we were able to win in a multi-offer situation on the first house we put an offer in on and the house is perfect for us. Her support continued through the negotiation, inspection and appraisal process and really made a very daunting process seem straightforward (to the extent that home buying can be). Sunsets, glorious sunsets! And sunshine!! That is what our experience of selling our current home and buying a new one with Asha Abbott gave us! From the decision to look at houses in the Northland with the possibility of selling, to finding our dream home, listing our home and purchasing our new one, we couldn't have asked for better service from Asha. With last minute "Can we go see this house?" to "What do we do now, next, etc.," Asha was always there with a quick answer and follow up. Even with the stress of buying, selling and moving, she was always a text or phone call away.
