Zak Swyhart was absolutely phenomenal. I was looking for my first ever home and my credit just wasn’t quite high enough for the company I was originally going to use. Zak came in and found a lender that got me preapproved and would work with me. After that he understood I only had about a month and a half to find my dream home and get it closed so I could be out of my apartment on time. That really doesn’t sound too bad, except I’m a nurse who works 12 hour shifts and have lots of overtime right now because of the pandemic. He was always ready and available to answer my questions, meet up to discuss things and if I wanted to see a house he made it happen (normally on about a 12 hours notice, if that, God bless this man!). He exceeded my expectations and made this process so much fun! We started house hunting the day I got approved because that’s what I wanted to do. Originally we were just going to meet up and discuss what I was looking for, but he had already been sending me houses to get an idea and when I told him I wanted to look at houses at noon we had our first showing at 230 that day. And it was -3 degrees with a wind chill of -15! We looked at eight houses that afternoon! He was a blast. Yes, we had many serious conversations, but he made looking at these places so much fun and we shared so many laughs! He even took the time out of his day after we closed to follow me to the house so I could get a video of me unlocking the door for the first time! If I ever find myself buying another house he will be the first phone call I make! I believe 100% that I could not have found a better realtor!

Moxie helped us find our perfect home and farm! She was attentive to the market so that the moment our ideal property was listed we were ready to pounce! She is always quick to respond and ready to take care of business! We enjoyed buying a home with her so much we also sold a home with her! She truly loves her job and cares for her clients and it shows! As if that wasn’t enough, she also has a fantastic personality! I would highly recommend her!

Moxie is the most professional and accommodating realtor I have ever worked with. She is happy to show us homes anytime we like. And though we haven't yet purchased a home from her she is patient and understands we want to find the home that is just right for our family. I highly recommend Moxie Johnson.

Moxie is professional, friendly, and responsible. I've worked with Moxie for years and I've never been disappointed. She performs her duties with flair, fun, and speaks plainly and gets right to the point. I would recommend you contact her and sell or buy your next house. No one works harder to help me get what I need, and she's fearless in negotiations. You can't go wrong with Moxie on your team, she's a champion.

Sadie has done an amazing job with me thus far and helping me get into my new home. She’s extremely goal driven and has a wonderful personality. She’s genuine, answers any questions I may have, is just all around super helpful. I’m excited to continue to work with her and purchase my very first home. 10/10 recommend working with her (:
