Based on my interaction with Keller Williams team. They listed it and sold it to me. Took money via wire xfer. Say the realtor is on vacation and the local and regional officers will not respond. Along with the fact that I have the previous owner on my security cameras. Telling me the line is 7½ years old and he had problems 8 months after HE replaced the line. KW did over 400 billion in sales last year. Largest realtor in USA. Make your own decision, it's your money. It's a process I'm hoping someone steps up with a resolution. It also went through a KCMO inspection because the seller held debt on the home. Keller Williams listed it and took my money. To be continued. I'm asking for help at this point Just little old me with Truth as I know it. Pushing 30 days. Edge of my home... any doubters? No resolution from Keller Williams. Period. They are a big corparate powerhouse. I wish the review was different. They don't care. Just money 💰, you're number in a monopoly game. Moving along with life.

If you want the covers pulled over your head this is the company to do that me and my fiancee just bought a house with Josh Chapman and it's clear he did not have my best interest at heart. I knew nothing about buying a house and told him that he said that's what he was for he would guide me through this rigorous process. What a joke I feel blindsided and abandoned by this man by this company he got the sale and no longer cared about my situation I highly recommend this guy if you want to be treated as a number the only way for him to get paid he doesn't care about his clients at all don't be fooled

Eric got our house under contract in 1 day! He guided us through this crazy market with a professional, knowledgeable and friendly attitude. Things like "appreciation gap" were new concepts for us but he answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once, if we didn't understand. He was patient and always available 7 days a week. He also helped us buy our new house and navigated the negotiations like a boss! We couldn't have done it without him! We highly recommend Eric Jaynes for ALL your buying and selling needs.
