Cody and the Home Buyer Group was fantastic to work with. The process was simple and the team worked hard to be flexible on our timeline. I got two other bids on our house and KCHBG was significantly higher. Closing costs were minimal and the entire process took a couple of weeks due to our schedule. They are 100% with you when your buying your home. I love my house guy. I am currently am a rent to own person with them. They treat you like family. You can make decisions on your home that you rent to own because it will be your house and it bring more value.

If your looking for a great company to work with look no further. I was selling my house and Cody and his team were the best to work with. They showed up on time to view my property and were very friendly and down to earth. I didn't feel pressured or pushed to make a quick decision like so many others make you feel when buying or selling a house. They know the market and the values of homes and made a great offer that fit all my needs. Cody was very nice to work with and his company values matched mine. He was always on top of messaging and updating me every step of the way and made a offer on mproperty exactly where I wanted to be at with no hassle. Would recommend them 100%
