Dan Martin is the type of realtor that other realtors love to work with and that clients are lucky to have! He is compassionate and easy to communicate with. He was a solid advocate for his clients needs but was creative to help us get all parties to a win/win when obstacles came up, as they often do. Dan had good humor from beginning to end and his connections came in clutch. If you're interviewing Dan as your realtor, don't think twice! (unless you happen to also be interviewing us as well and then sleep on it ;) lol )

Dan Martin and his team at Kansas City Realty Services are absolutely incredible!!! We looked at SO many houses and Dan absolutely went the extra mile to make sure we found everything we wanted in a home. For every house, he had a spec sheet ready and was knowledgeable about each one - and about all things real estate. It's clear that he's great at what he does and a genius in his field. We could not be happier with our home and purchase! It's a huge investment and we knew we were in excellent hands from our first phone call. Brie Simmons was absolutely phenomenal. We were amazed by her work ethic and diligence to get the house of our dreams. Kansas City Realty and the spirit of kc team made buying a house so easy in this market! Our realtor Travis Rash went above and beyond for us and we appreciate him so much. He worked so hard for us behind the scenes, was always straight forward and honest with us, and made the whole process very stress-free. Plus, he saved us a ton of money!
