Scott Wynkoop is a horrible agent. First he didn’t answer the phone calls. So the office( who was very nice and respectful) gave me another number to call. Which he didn’t answer. I later call him again finally after the 3rd time he answer. Now I am very interested in buying a property that he had listed. But instead of talking and getting the time to go over this property he instead decided to tell me to get off his phone and he was going to block me and then hung up in my ear. So horrible if this is your agent he needs to be removed what a stain on this earth

Wynkoop made my home buying experience so much easier than I had anticipated. Their staff is knowledgeable, available and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the closing process and made sure I understand everything that was happening. I hope to be happy in my new home for a long time, but if the need arises, they'll be my first stop for a realtor on my next one.

Got my first house in Clay County In they were fantastic! Wish they had some listings in my area! Would buy from them anytime!!!! Good people!

Recently purchased a home through Wynkoop Brokerage Firm. I couldn't be more happy with the service. The salesmen were knowledgable and the staff kept me up to date daily on the process. I hope to live here for many years but if the need arises in the future to purchase or sell a home I know who I will be calling.
