My realtor was Jessica Montalvo and she is an absolute gem! She helped me purchase my first home five years ago, and she just helped me close on selling my home last month to start a new chapter in my life. First homes have a special place in our hearts and Jessica was there for me from start to finish, every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate, understands and conveys to you the legal workings behind the paperwork, and she has a great network of contractors as well. She is so pleasant to work with and treats her clients with care and top notch professionalism. I highly recommend working with Jessica if you’re buying or selling! You’ll be in great care!

My realtor was nice but I kept asking myself throughout the process who is my realtor working for? Me or the Seller? Things were done with no regards to how it would make me feel as a client. My realtor could have done better with comnunicating what was taking in detail to make a first time home buyer understand. I had more potential homebuyers to send his way but I wouldnt dare. People deserve a better send off when they are closing on their first home. Through my experience I dont think they would get that from a REMAX agent.

My experience with Shelby Scott was extremely positive from the very beginning. Shelby took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a home. She was diligent in the search, communicated effectively, and was proactive in accomplishing tasks. Shelby worked well with the other parties involved in the transaction and was super patient with a very complicated transaction. Will definitely use Shelby again for my future transactions!

Sophie was attentive and an excellent realtor. She was even in the midst of selling her own home and I never felt like we did not get prompt attention! Would highly recommend Sophie and Jade as he helped as well!
