We lucked into meeting and signing Chad as our realtor when we started looking to move. We had no realtor but he kindly showed us a condo we were curious about. We liked his personality - very calm, not pushy in the least sense, answered all of our questions and asked us some to get an idea of what we were looking for to help us out better. We signed with Chad to help us find a house as well as sell ours. We needed to sync up the purchase and sale as close as possible without being 'homeless' for any duration. With the help of Chad's experience and efforts we accomplished that goal. Chad is the ideal realtor. He's very knowledgeable on the process from start to finish, he makes himself very available, and he is willing to help out where and when it's needed. For example when doing staging pictures, he came early and assisted with getting everything looking best we can. He's not pushy at all, which I find realtors (sales people in general) can be at times. We were very confident and comfortable working with Chad throughout the entire process

Chad was great! He set up appointments to tour a few homes with less than 48 hours notice. He was very responsive via email and extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process of buying our new home. He got everything done quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend! Update: 5 years after my initial review, I worked with Chad again to sell my condo. He is just the best! His knowledge of the housing market in Broad Ripple was impressive and his advice helped us make quite a profit on our home. He is super responsive and made the process of preparing our home for showings and the open house so easy and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond the call of any realtor - since we moved out of state before the closing, he dropped by our condo for last-minute needs, including setting up a cleaning service. I highly recommend Chad!

Chad helped my fiance and I buy our first house. He is very knowledgeable about the market and the entire process. He helped us navigate finding a home, touring properties and what to look for during the tour, making an offer, and answering any questions we had along the way. The house is wonderful for us and because of Chad, the process was easy and quick. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy!
