We had an amazing experience working with Greg! As first time homebuyers using a USDA loan, we had a lot of questions and honestly didn’t know what to expect but Greg walked us through every single step with patience and confidence. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Not only is Greg incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he truly cares about his clients. He was always quick to respond, made sure we understood everything, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with every decision. On top of that, having him as a friend made this experience even more special. We always felt like he had our best interest at heart. Paul is a consummate professional. He went above and beyond our expectations! He anticipated our needs and provided wonderful guidance during the entire process of purchasing our home. He even identified a lot that would be perfect for our new KB home. As we live two and a half hours away we would have missed out on this lot had Paul not identified it and called us on a Sunday and face-timed us. Josh is amazing. Service , professionalism, integrity & execution. Everything you could possibly want to guide you through the real estate process. On top of that his rate / pricing is an incredible value. I have bought and sold 20+ houses and Josh was one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. Highly recommended!!! I've worked with many realtors in my years as a loan officer and Kelly Smotherman is hands down one of the best! I had a couple who were both buying their first home and needed a realtor. I should mention she had to drive well over an hour each way just to show them homes and quickly got them under contract on the home they wanted. Kelly's customer service is exceptional. She always responded to our clients and myself quickly and always so positive in every interaction. I would gladly recommend Kelly to anyone!

If you want someone on your side through the buying and/or selling process - Brittany Bingham is who you want. I could not have asked for a better experience working with a realtor. She provided endless communication, answered countless questions, and made the house buying process so easy - 10/10 would reccomend this company and Brittany to absolutely anyone.
