We had a fantastic experience working with Chanda and her team. We've purchased and sold a few properties, and this is experience was AMAZING in comparison. Chanda is a true expert in her field - knowledgeable, intelligent, thoughtful, proactive, etc. She made purchasing a home from out of state as easy as possible. She crafted personalized offer that helped us purchase a property in a very competitive neighborhood. We are so excited about our new home. She is coordinating some work done on it prior to us arriving. She is honest, approachable, kind, in addition to the being the most competent... everything you could want in a realtor. Chanda was absolutely amazing. We listed our house and closed in less than 4 weeks.
