We had not purchased a home since we had built one the year we were married 23 years ago. The process felt new to us and many aspects were daunting, but Tricia and her diligent and professional team guided us through every step of the way - through closing and beyond. This purchase posed significant challenges that would have deterred many agents (and buyers), but the Indianapolis Homes Realty team shined through in every aspect and far surpassed what a buyer could expect of an agent. When it's rare these days to find quality service and proactive attitudes toward "showing up" the way that's needed or expected, we found that Tricia and her team exemplified these in every aspect.

Tricia and Sue are amazing. They handled the sale of my home of 21 years and the purchase of my new home in a different city.
