We chose to work with Kya in selling the home our mother had lived in for more than 40 years. She was so wonderful to work with. She provided excellent advice. Kya immediately set up showings and an open house and the staging in the home was amazing. We accepted an offer in the first week and so glad we sold to the buyer because we felt like she was the perfect fit for the home.

I could not have been in better hands, except for God’s. I have never needed a realtor until now and God sent the best! Natasha took very good care of us walking us through every step. She was kind and thoughtful. I could text or call her with questions and she would answer back quickly. She also was able to give us ideas on what to do. She is super nice and caring. Just before the closing she gave my brother and I each a gift. It was a framed computer sketched drawing of our family home and at the bottom it said, “The Home that Built a Lifetime of Memories” ! And now Natasha you are a part of those memories. We Love you and you are a GREAT REALTOR!

OMGOODNESS! My Realtor, Liz Ewbank, is a most wonderful person! My daughter found her when my kids & I agreed that I needed to live closer to them! She worked with us, through much turbulence, to help get my Pendleton home ready to sell, first! Then she helped my daughter get into a Condo, followed by helping me get into a Condo at the same place, just a few buildings down the street from my daughter’s!!! My son & his family live in a home 2-4 blocks away!! Liz has worked hard to help us all come together, as we had hoped for!!
