Can’t recommend Heritage Cash Home Buyers enough. Nicole and her team were honest, professional, communicated in a timely manner and worked with my tight timeline. Spoke with other buyers in the industry first and encountered a lot of shallow promises and ghosting after making an initial contact. I am so glad I found HCHB. They have an A+ rating with the BBB and it shows.

I would highly recommend Heritage Cash Home Buyers to anyone searching for a fair and reasonable price for their home. My husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness and we realized we needed to sell our house quickly. After contacting Heritage Cash Home Buyers, I had a fair and reasonable offer for my property within 24 hours of contacting Heritage. From the initial phone call to closing was 30 days. Also, working with the owner, Nicole Prado, was an absolute pleasure. Heritage is truly a AAA business, professional, honest, kind, considerate, and compassionate. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. They did everything else. Again, you are given their undivided attention and Nicole was always available to answer any questions we had. Nicole is very knowledgeable and reliable. In this market there are a lot of unknown factors and difficult to find someone honest and trustworthy. I've worked with Nicole multiple times and consistently her and Heritage Capital have been easy, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. I always felt all my concerns were met and answered in a very quick manner. Thanks Nicole for being amazing and so on top of things!

Nicole is so AWESOME to work with! Very responsive and attended to details. She is on top of things and the greatest with following up. It was a pleasant experience working with Heritage Capital.
