I’m so disappointed this was the most unprofessional experience I ever had. First I do t know who I was texting… I didn’t say talk too. Very unprofessional. Communication sucks!! Nancy or whoever I was texting her communication suck. After I paid the $35 application fee… I was told I didn’t meet the income requirements. Which is a LIE!! Rent is 995 I make 3x that a month. This place is a scam just want the $35 application fee and then they won’t approve you… FS Houses are doing applications fee scams

Just closed today on a great little house for our kids! Thank you FS Houses and our amazing realtor David Skidmore who worked really hard for us! Was a very seamless, fast and fun experience!

The response to my maintenance request was prompt and the issue was resolved quickly. I was very happy with how fast and efficient the process was and the attention the staff paid to the work he did!

I used this company and I will be honest, they are legit, organized, follow through with maintenance requests and are polite and informative whenever I called. I literally have no complaints from easy tour, move in, to my end of lease. I plan to use them again in the future. Wonderful company.

From the moment I applied at FS Houses their amazing staff have gone above and beyond my expectations. They worked with my income to find a home that fits my needs and that I still qualified for. Communication has been wonderful from the leasing agent to the property manager. My work orders are addressed within a timely manner and taken care of properly. FS Houses definitely takes care of its tenants, and my family couldn't be happier with our new home!
