Christopher Ellyn Homes did an amazing job! I checked with 3 other companies and only got a run around with never the same person asking the same questions! The process was quick and easy. Friendly and professional staff. Devon was so helpful with guidance from start to finish! I will recommend C E Homes to anyone in need of an honest reliable company.

Amazing company to work with! My husband accepted a transfer opportunity with his company that left us needing to sell our home quickly to relocate to another state. Noah came out and did the initial walkthrough and called with an offer that evening! We had some back issues to deal with regarding the sale of the home that had to be resolved and we had 8 weeks before we actually were moving. Noah stayed in touch throughout the process and we closed just 3 day prior to our move, which is exactly when we wanted! Their offer was very fair for our property and we happily accepted! Finding this company took a huge amount of stress off of our move as we knew our home was sold and closing on our schedule! I would definitely recommend using this company!!

These guys are great. I dealt with Ryan earlier this month and found him to be honest, straight forward and very understanding. I referred them to an out of town friend who was selling a house via an estate. They made a great offer and closed the deal without any problems. I would not hesitate to give them more business in the future.

Our story is simple, but unique! We owned our home outright but not in a financial situation to complete our unique journey. My aging dad lives alone and not in the best conditions. So we wanted to sell our home to have funds to fix up his place. With the help of Noah G we sold our home for cash! His team also closed sooner to suit our situation. All of them are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice! Selling our home was easy! If you wonder if this review or company is fake, just ask me. I questioned the sale from the start. Are there companies that really do this? Yep! I have one negative yet understandable comment.... They're so busy, Noah isn't quick to reply to emails and calls. If you need or want to sell your home for cash, these are your go to people!

I sold a house to christopher Ellyn Homes. They are very nice people the kept in contact throughout the selling process. My house was a fixer upper. My husband and i started on the work and had bought alot of materials for the job but ran out of money to do what we wanted. I think we kinda got a low ball price for area and what we did have that could be used for the remodeling but we had to sell so i can start my schooling in another state. Other than the money, they were great to work with.
