Got on website at 7: ish pm they called me 5 times before I could finish info input. Txted 4 more times asking to call. Requested calling back around 8: am agreed to call at 9:am its past noon & never heard anything. Scam? Got a bunch of weird messages from scammers all the sudden, selling info Chris??? Just read the questioner, IT’S PREDATORY BUYING PRACTICE BY A FOREIGN ENTITY!

I filled out the form and got a call back within a few minutes. Sounded like an outsourced call from a different country. My home is listed in the low 400s (and well below comps) and I was offered 300. AVOID --- predatory real estate investment firm looking to buy significantly lower than a fair price and then immediately list it for a large mark up.

The man who called would not stop bringing up my husband and asking if he should be speaking to my husband instead of to me. This is 2026. MY NAME is on the house.
