Ben Buys Houses is the real Deal. Has a rental catch fire was for the most part a total lost, they presented me an offer, i went back to them with a higher amount they accepted and closed within 30 days. Lacey did an great job at closing the Deal and Kaleb was great to start the process.

Craig and Karly were awesome from the start to the end of the process of selling our home. They were recommended by a friend but we shopped around and they gave us the best offer. Our house was in foreclosure and in bad condition. They helped us get out with an offer that made our relocation a breeze. Great communication from start to finish. if I could give more stars, I would.
