I cannot begin to describe how incredibly professional and excellent it was working with Sagar. Not only did he listen to my concerns, unique needs and incredibly tight timeline - he simply said, "Trust me." I did and I was able to sign on a beautiful new home within 4-5 days. His strategy and execution were top level, communicated and he delivered. Even after signing the new lease, he followed up with me and the new building every step of the way. Sagar is absolutely phenomenal. On an incredibly tight timeline, he pulled together eight high-quality options in just a couple of days and worked through a lot of chaos and unplanned circumstances along the way without ever losing a step. He's truly special at what he does. I come from a family in real estate and construction, so the details matter to me — and Sagar clearly has the eye for them. Spending the day touring with him felt less like a transaction and more like shopping for a new car: genuinely pleasant, well-paced, and he made sure every need on my list was addressed. What I appreciated most was that he was clearly looking out for me above all else. There were multiple opportunities to upsell or steer me toward a property that would have paid him more but fit me less, and he never went that direction once. He stayed focused on the best fit for me as a customer. Highly recommend. I plan to use him for any subsequent apartments in Chicago, and I've already referred him to a few friends.
