Chuck Gullett at Best Chicago Properties is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and responsive—a true pleasure to work with and the best kind of partner to have for both buying and selling. A few years ago, he helped me find the perfect place in Downtown Chicago, listening carefully to my needs and finding a condo that I wouldn’t have found myself that checked all boxes. As an added bonus, he gave me great tips for decorating it and sourcing materials. When my family needs changed and it came time for me to move again, Chuck worked with me to sell the same place. He was a wonderful partner and did way more than most realtors would to help with staging, attending to odds-and-ends, and helping me to understand and navigate the process. We got multiple offers and a good price--all on a tight timeline. Chuck is super responsive, and he has excellent judgement. I can’t say enough good things. At the most basic level, Chuck is someone you can trust – to understand any situation, to give sound advice, and to always show up and go the extra mile.

My husband and I purchased our first home, which was a condo in downtown Chicago, 17 years ago. When we began the process, we came across Best Chicago Properties and met Chuck Gullet. As first-time buyers we were nervous and had a lot of questions, but Chuck guided us through every step of the process and made everything comfortable, manageable, and exciting instead of overwhelming. Seventeen years later, we reached back out to Chuck again—this time to help us sell that same condo. Just like when we first worked with him, the process was incredibly smooth. My husband and I worked with Chuck Gullett for our recent West Loop home purchase and truly I don't know how to put into words how wonderful our experience was. Knowledgeable - check. Professional - check. Accessible - check. Willing to walk through a million hypothetical scenarios to ease our minds as new homeowners - CHECK. My husband and I are fairly picky and we never once felt like Chuck was pushing or putting undue pressure on us, and at the same time he was great at educating us about the market and he provided excellent guidance with putting together competitive offers that never felt unnecessarily high. Another thing that really stood out to us is the way that he was always quick to point out the possible issues/flaws about a property. He was very up front about his knowledge of building issues and he knows the neighborhoods in West Loop incredibly well so he was such a great resource for us in that regard. We can't say enough good things about Chuck, he really is the best and we will certainly work with him again (in 10-15 years, haha).

I just closed on my condo today with Best Chicago Properties - Rob Krajecki and had the best experience! Rob was incredible throughout the process setting up dozens of showings (I'm a picky one), commuting to and from the city each time with a smile on his face even when he'd set up 3-4 showings in a day and I'd end up saying no to them all! Truly grateful for his help, knowledge, expertise and patience throughout the last seven months! Also grateful for his guidance as we put together an offer that edged out 3 cash buyers.
