Dane Spengel 6 months agoSEAN WAGNER AND MILLENNIUM PROPERTIES ARE WILDLY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with storage access at this building. Our lease began July 15, and we should have had access to a storage unit at that time. Instead, the storage area is completely disorganized — units are mislabeled, many are locked, and the remaining “open” units contain other tenants’ belongings, making storage unusable. We first reported this issue over a month ago and have had to follow up every single week since then because management has not followed up on their own. I have personally called at least 4 times, and my wife has called 4–6 times. She remained extremely polite and patient through nearly all of these calls. During the final call, after weeks of no progress, my wife was understandably short due to frustration and directly called out Sean Wagner for the lack of follow-through and professionalism we had experienced. Instead of addressing the issue, he accused her of being unprofessional, despite the long history of polite communication leading up to that moment. He also stated that because he had already explained the situation to me, there was no need to explain it further to my wife, which I found dismissive and inappropriate. Throughout this process, Sean Wagner repeatedly promised the issue would be resolved, yet no action was taken. The only response we ultimately received was that we supposedly have to wait until January 1 to access storage — something not stated anywhere in our lease, and months after we should have had access in July. This situation has dragged on solely due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. Being ignored week after week after repeated promises of resolution is unacceptable.
Emma Kittridge 6 months agoExtremely poor service and lack of follow-through. My lease includes a storage unit, yet I have never been given proper access. When I tried to use it in November, the storage units were misnumbered, locked, or contained other tenants’ belongings. I first contacted management on Nov. 17 and have followed up multiple times by phone and through the portal. Each time I’m told someone will be sent to fix it, but no one ever follows up. It is now Dec. 15, and I still do not have access to a storage unit I pay for and should have had access to since move-in in July. Additionally, there is a Secretary of State notice posted at the building entrance stating the boiler is past inspection, which highlights the lack of maintenance of the building. Very frustrating experience overall.

W Y a year agoI had a highly disappointing experience with this real estate company. On October 22, 2024, before signing a listing contract, I asked Realtor Sean Wagner via email if there would be any fees should I decide to terminate the contract. He replied within minutes, stating there would be no fees. However, about two days after signing, I requested (via multiple emails) to cancel the contract. Sean Wagner responded on October 26, 2024, insisting on representing me and ignored my repeated requests to confirm the cancellation. I ultimately decided not to sell my property because of this experience. A few months later, the company demanded commission fees, despite the fact that I never sold my property. I was shocked by this claim. Overall, the company’s conduct was unacceptable, and I will never do business with them again.
noah maslanka 8 years agoThe brokerage services at Millennium Properties are unparalleled. I was in need of a retail space and the team at Millennium was with me every step of the way. Their brokerage team created a detailed strategy that would insure that all my needs were met. Chet Evans was the broker that personally handled my search and he was fantastic about keeping me updated every step of the way. He coordinated property visits and without his industry expertise I would be lost. If you are looking for a commercial real estate team that puts you first, look no further than Millennium Properties.
