True heroes who came to the rescue!! We couldn’t have done it without them. Totally transparent, so understanding, so very kind and not only did they sell our property within that month but even the buyer that bought our home was just as awesome. It was such a stressful time trying to sell our property, put a down payment on the next and hope that we can get a little bit of extra cash for our down payment. They got us an unbelievable deal and had our property sold in no time! (30 days!) if it wasn’t for them, we would’ve lost our new property and more than likely would’ve gotten nothing back from the sale. Really, these guys are beyond wonderful! Almost to good to be true. How grateful and blessed we were to have these guys come to our rescue. Like I said, true heroes, indeed! Thank you John and Dustin!

We are very disappointed with I Buy. We had a contract signed to buy our home. A few days before closing they reneged on the price we had agreed upon. We eventually gave up on them and went a different route.

This company contacted me after a family member's death wanting to buy real estate. Since a simple internet search would have shown that no real estate was owned by the deceased person, they don't appear to be very bright. I have requested to be put on their Do Not Contact list both in writing and via phone and they STILL send me another letter which I received today. These would be the last people I would do any business with.

These guys send me a letter every other month asking to buy the rented property of my deceased father. It'd probably take them less time to google the property in question and find the actual owner than it does to continuously send me these letters. Even if I had property to sell I wouldn't trust these parasites to give me a good price on it with the level of diligence they've shown
