Tokela is such an amazing Agent. I cannot put into words how thankful and grateful I am to have worked with her. She is truly a God sent! The consummate professional, very honest and willing to do all that she can to assure that you understand all aspects of your sale or purchase. I would highly recommend her! If you’re looking for a great experience she’s the one for you!

If someone asked me to describe Tokela Brown, I would have to say she is Reliable, Resourceful, Hardworking but most of all she is a Super-Agent. When I met Ms. Brown, my home had been on the market way too long, I had an absentee agent and my foreclosure date was fast approaching. I was stressed beyond belief and was sure the bank would take my home and I would end up owing an insurmountable amount of money. I canceled my contract with my original listing agent and signed with Tokela. She came out the gate running. She marketed my home as a Short Sale. At the time I didn't know we could do that. My other agent hadn't explained all my options. Ms. Brown took the time out to explain what we needed to do and it all made sense. I went with her advice and the wonderful attorney she recommended to me. She kept me informed every step of the way. In about a month after she took over my listing, we had a signed contract. Next was tackling the other beast, the bank. At this point, the attorney Tokela recommended to me stepped in. This attorney worked diligently on my behalf. Between her and Tokela, I felt like their only client. They always had time for my questions and concerns. Not one phone call went unreturned. My case was not an easy one, but they never wavered in helping me sell my home and avoid foreclosure. So many agents at the time turned away from such cases, but not Tokela. She was my virtual army of one. My home closed a day before it went on the auction block. I owed the bank nothing because of the excellent negotiating skills. I can never replay them for what they did for me in those months. They never let me feel ashamed that my home was in foreclosure. Tokela came in, took the reins and headed out to find a solution to my problem. She never allowed me to worry. She was so positive in everything. She set out to sell my home and avoid foreclosure and that is exactly what she did. I would recommend her to anyone. If someone is looking for an honest, reliable, straightforward, positive, hardworking agent; then Tokela Brown will always be your go to person.

The Best Realtor I've ever worked with! I've bought and sold multiple properties but never have I received the type of professionalism, and attentiveness that I received with Tokela at Heart my Home Chicago. She far exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job!

After much research on realtors to list my property, I decided to hire Tokela & her team to list my property and I could not have made a better choice. Right from my initial call to her she was responsive, well spoken and extremely knowledgeable with the South Side Chicago market. During the process she went way beyond my expectations of a realtor. Not only did she do her job as a realtor, she was constantly on top of the lenders and attorney's to make sure everything got done on a timely manner. Her advice was always on target and she truly worked for me as the seller. I have worked with other realtors in the past and none of them worked as hard as she did. The professional knowledge of the real estate business. Tokela knows this business like no other, she sold my home within 2 days. She held my hand throughout the entire process.
