I had the best experience with Libby Pollock at Cross Street! I was looking to move into Cadence Apartments before starting school, and she was my tour guide. Not only did she provide an incredibly thorough tour which exceeded expectations, she remained the point of contact for me through the lease signing process. She was so kind, patient, and responsive, even through the many questions I had about availability, move-in dates, and floor plans. She was willing to talk to me on the phone about details and make sure I was getting exactly the apartment I wanted. I could not recommend her and Cross Street enough! This was by far the smoothest apartment hunt I have ever had.

My agent, Ivan Ivanovski performed outstanding work, from presenting my property on the market and working with me and the buyers agent to deliver what is in best interest for me to closing the sale with extreme detail oriented focus to details. Additionally, working with me on purchasing my new home with same enthusiasm and energy. Before finding Cross Street, I was really stressed and struggling with my apartment search. Then, I was connected Mason Estruch at Cross Street and he took the time to understand my situation. He was kind, calm, and thoughtful in answering my questions and recommending next steps. Throughout the search, he was communicative, diligent, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the information I needed to make a decision. I signed a lease within a week on an apartment that was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Cross Street and Mason specifically to anyone!

I had a very disappointing experience while helping my daughter look for an apartment in Cleveland. My interaction with Ms. Benesh did not feel professional or helpful, and the communication left a poor impression. Based on that experience, I would not feel comfortable w this establishment at all. Way to many other apartments same caliber and better very nearby!

Nathan was great to work with. He toured me through my current unit and answered any and all questions. He was very responsive and gave me all the information up front. Highly recommend!
