Second to None!! This is truly the way to buy a house! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to own the entire process, really exceeded all expectations! From beginning, through to the end at closing, you can count on the staff being with you every step of the way. And if it wasn’t for PAM we would not be in our house today due to her excellent recommendations and throughout the entire process. Because of Nibal and his relationship with the builder, we were successful in smoothing out all wrinkles. The search all the time consuming, yielded greater benefits due to his guidance. While there are many choices to choose from within the real estate community, you will not find anyone more knowledgeable and professional than the staff at SI Realty!

I can't say enough about Nibal and Pamela at SI Real Estate. From incredibly professional and attentive property managers while renting, to eventually working as my realtor, they have been simply amazing. In a fast pace housing market for buyers, Nibal was on top of things and got showings set up quickly for me. As a first time home buyer, he was always available and helped make sure I understood everything throughout the process. You can tell they truly care about those they work with. I would highly recommend them.

Me and my fiance worked with Nibal buying our first home. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with. He is very knowledgeable on every subject of buying a home. He showed us new houses every night until we found one we liked. Very punctual and always checking in to make sure we had what we needed. From the first day we meant with him till we closed and even after we have had a amazing experience working together!

There is no one better than Pamela and Nibal! They found our forever home for us and we are so relieved how easy they made it for us during the whole process. SI Real Estate truly cares for each of their clients and thoroughly enjoy what they do. Nibal and Pamela did a fantastic job for my parents. The service level was excellent. They took care of many unexpected things that popped up, including some inspection issues necessitating some remedial work (which they helpfully arranged for us), a sharp shift in the housing market (market seemed to go from hot to cold overnight because the Federal Reserve Bank decided to make up for years of benign neglect in a few short months), and even a category four (almost category five) hurricane that delayed the closing by a week. I would recommend them to others who are looking for knowledgeable real estate brokers who will work hard to help you sell your house.
