Chandler was awesome in so many ways! He helped us execute a sale quickly, even though he was on vacation, he made sure we had all the information and support we needed. He negotiated the perfect deal, and made sure all of our wishes were honored. He’s helped us a lot as new homeowners and educated us on things to look out for. Everyone in the office worked seamlessly together.

I found Chandler via Instagram. His irreverent videos of home tours is what drew me, but what really sealed it for me that I wanted to work with him was when I saw his videos about being a first time home buyer. That was me. We started with some solid conversations and meeting about the process and needs. Very quickly we were off to the races. The search process went much easier than I expected, between the portal he utilized and the scheduling of viewings. He was attentive and heard me in what I said I wanted and my budget. He was ahead of me in some parts on having some additional homes to view. When I came to a property that I felt spoke to me the most, he worked hard to help me get it. The entire team of Chanlder at Frank Albert and the team over at Custom Rate helped make the entire process, from end-to-end, much easier than I truly expected.

I've worked with Sean Bowes on real estate deals since 2017. Every time has been an amazing experience. I've bought properties through Sean, and I've sold properties through Sean. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and his results speak for themselves. Even in a tough market (2025), he was able to sell two of my properties at the prices I wanted. Very happy.
