Knowledgeable, reliable and hard-working realtor. Every time I asked to see a house, Patrice responded immediately. She researched the property and let me know if the property had issues I needed to consider. She had great communication with me, and was excellent coordinating appointments and inspections in a timely manner. She followed up with needed paperwork and helped me stay on track to meet my closing date goal. The best part, when I made the offer for the property, she negotiated great terms and saved me a lot of money. I am very grateful for her hard work. Patrice is a great realtor!
