This property Management company seems very unorganized and they don’t update their listings so when you call them about see a rental they don’t pick up the phone they just listen to your voicemail and then delete the listing right after… judging by their lack of communication and unprofessionalism I don’t think they are trustworthy or reliable to rent from… after reading other reviews and BBB Complaints it looks like I’m dogging a bullet!! good riddance!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of using Sherman as our realtor when we bought our home last year. I would without hesitation recommend Sherman and since he's moved his services to Pineywoods Realty, I want to make sure everyone knows. He helped explain the whole house buying process, helped us understand our budget and the current market at the time, and he also made sure to show us options with the amenities we needed. With the recent purchase of our first home, we couldn’t have made a better decision than working with Brian Frey as our real estate agent. As this was our first home purchase, we wanted to work with an agent we knew delivered a high level of service & who we could trust. From the very beginning, Brian was extremely transparent, knowledgeable & provided candid & honest feedback. He would send newly listed homes that matched our criteria, encouraging us to see as many homes as possible. He set up same-day appointments to ensure that we could view the houses given the competitive & fast-moving market. His persistence & insistence was instrumental in helping us find our dream home. From our first search to our home closing, we received personalized attention. He attended to our calls & texts at all hours & on weekends. During the inspection period, I had to work & he went above & beyond what was required to ensure that the inspections occurred & everything progressed as scheduled. We worked with Michael Phillips for about 7 months before we even arrived in Florida. He answered so many of our questions and sent me listings and information regularly. Once we started looking for a house, he continued working diligently helping us navigate this difficult market. Throughout our new construction experience he was so helpful and assisted us with the whole process. It was a long process and he was there for us all the way. Totally recommend Michael to anyone needing real estate help.
