I struggled in the beginning but in the end they met my needs. Truly cared about me and my kids. Easy move in process. Easy move out process. Camilo in billing is absolutely wonderful. So professional and well mannered and understanding. Angela in maintenance was so pleasant to deal with and met all maintenance needs in a timely manner. Kay is the sweetest also!! I highly recommend this company!!! Rent through them today!!!!

Bless Their Hearts, But No Thank You Well, sugar, let me just say I’ve been to friendlier yard sales. I showed up to see this so-called “luxury property,” and I about fell out when I saw the price tag. For what they’re askin’, you’d think it came with a butler and a prayer room — but instead it’s sittin’ smack dab in a run-down neighborhood where I didn’t even feel comfortable gettin’ out of my car. Then the agent strutted up like she was sellin’ oceanfront in Beverly Hills instead of this over-priced disappointment. She acted like she was doin’ me a favor just lettin’ me look around! Every question I asked got me one of those tight little smiles that said, “bless your heart” without sayin’ it. Needless to say, I wouldn’t pay half that price for this place — and even then, only if it came with a new agent and a different ZIP code.

Heidi and Chris were great to work with from viewing of the property through contract through closing through post closing maintenance and repair. Especially with being out of town, they made it seem as though I was there for the purchase of my town house. I highly recommend them for your purchase or sale of realty and when the need arises I will contact them again.

I've been renting with Demeter for almost a year and I'm very pleased with my home. Maintenance is very reliable and they always respond in a timely manner. Both the office and maintenance staff are super friendly and easy to work with. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
