One Street Company is a true gem. Ive had the pleasure of working with them for almost 3 years. When barriers came up they worked through them. When I felt like giving up they called me and said ok let's try this again. Melanie and the team explained the process as many times as needed. They listened to what I was looking for and thought of things that I didnt think of that would be beneficial. Melanie was not just trying to sell me anything but looked out for possible issues that would not benefit my family financially or safety wise. This process was tedious but I finally closed on a home and hopefully this is my forever home and I dont have to go through this process again LOL. BUT if for some reason I do, One Street is who I would call first.
