I had a first-class experience with Jenn Smira & Co. They helped us sell 2 condos in Washington DC after a condo conversion project. It was complicated and hard but this team was absolutely excellent. Alex on Jenn's team is simply the best of the best. He was attentive, responsive, helpful and on top of every detail. Jenn and her team at Compass – Alex, Ashley, Darius, and others – were fantastic throughout our condo purchase. They generously arranged plenty of showings, expertly negotiated an excellent price, and guided us through the closing process from start to finish. The Compass app was great for staying on top of the process, and Jenn’s deep connections across D.C. made a real difference. Jenn was friendly, communicative, and dependable at every step, and her contractor recommendations (a massive timesaver!) were reliable and high-quality. The team even helped us get settled in after move-in. The best in the DMV!
