I would first say if you want someone who is intentional, helpful, great character, proactive, detailed, communicative throughout the process James is your guy! We worked with James as we were searching to find a permanent home. James was truly great to work with from start to finish. James set up an in person meet and greet which was great to have the initial in person meeting even before we officially had him as our realtor. We weren’t sure what kind of homes versus single family or condo etc so James set up a listing that match our criteria in what we wanted our home to have. We had 10 homes we wanted to see and although James wasn’t free he got a team member to go through all the homes with us on a single day. We were able to quickly find a home we loved and locked in the first weekend. Since it is a newly constructed home, James provided recommendations and even during our new home orientation he helped point out things for the builders to follow up on. He has a real eye! Saw more things than I did. He called weekly just to make sure to touch base and see if we have any questions or anything that needed to be addressed. I would recommend James as a realtor!
