Kenn is the best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with. He is very good at what he does. In particular, he’s a very skilled negotiator in getting your max price and terms (or min if you’re buying), which is what you want when you’re buying or selling a house. I’ve now worked with him twice and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. I’ve found him to be very honest with all parties as well. And he’s friendly, so easy going to work with. Finally, he knows the DC housing market very well, to the point where he actually advised us against selling at a certain point even though he would’ve personally profited from it.
