DC Home Buyers was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they were transparent, fair, and upfront about how everything would work. At no point did we feel pressured or misled. In fact, they initially encouraged us to explore keeping the property if possible before walking us through the sale process and setting realistic expectations. Given the condition of the home, they took on the repairs, renovations, and associated risks, which ultimately made the arrangement fair for everyone involved. Most importantly, during a difficult time following the passing of a family member, they handled the heavy lifting so we could focus on family matters. The final numbers at closing were almost exactly what they estimated from the start, which really reinforced their professionalism and honesty. We truly appreciated working with them and highly recommend their team.

I just wanted to say that Sue was great! She listened to my concerns. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She even gave me advice to help me and always had a listening ear. AB was really nice & kind! He came out and walked me through the process. Added plus he was on-time and didn't waste my time!

Excellent transaction with DC Home Buyers. As a realtor, I represented the buyers and DC Home Buyers were the sellers. Their representative, Sue Miller, was fantastic to work with on this deal. Her communication and execution were on point. Even after bankers hours she was always accessible to get this deal done. She even went above and beyond post settlement to extend utility service for my first time homebuyers. I highly recommend DC Home Buyers and hope to work with them in the future.

The whole process with DC Home Buyers was very positive and relatively easy for us. My mother wanted to sell her condo, but didn’t want to be bothered with renovating it or listing and selling it. DC Home Buyers made us a good offer to renovate the place and then take care of selling it. They came in and started the renovation and then after about two months they were able to list it and find a buyer! My mother was very happy with being able to sell the condo without having all the headache of fixing it up, finding a realtor to list it, having people coming to look at it and then waiting for an offer to come in. DC Home Buyers did a great job and we highly recommend them if you are looking for a painless experience with selling your place!
