Alan came highly recommended to me from a friend of mine and I can see why. For someone buying their first property, there can be a lot of confusion and uncertainty about what you actually want/need. Thankfully, Alan was the perfect choice for me when it came to patience, area insight and the market knowledge as a whole. I was always under the impression that buying a home was very difficult, but not with Alan! Even after closing he’s checking in with me which means a lot. He’s got you covered.

We had a great experience working with Alan on our home purchase. We are first-time homebuyers, and we were lucky to have Alan help us when the process became confusing or overwhelming. Alan has a lot of knowledge about the DC area and immediately understood what kind of place we were looking for. He found great places to check out, and offered his honest advice and opinions when we asked. Once we were ready to start putting in offers, he did an amazing job of negotiating on our behalf, and helped us get a great deal on a house that we are excited about. He also introduced us to some great contractors and inspectors, who have been really great to work with!

Alan was incredibly helpful throughout a long and arduous sale of my condo (with a long-term rental added to the mix making things even more complicated).
