I wanted to share my personal experience with 3 Step Home Sale because I know how stressful selling a home can be, especially when you’re unsure who to trust. I originally found this company on Facebook after being contacted by several different buyers. For some reason, I decided to move forward with them instead of the others. We talked for about a month before I made my final decision. At first, I honestly thought it might be a scam because everything sounded almost too good to be true. Trust was hard for me in the beginning. However, they took the time to answer all my questions and even adjusted the contract to fit my needs and concerns. That really helped build my confidence. Everything they promised, they followed through on. The price they quoted never changed, there were no surprises, and the process stayed exactly as explained. I was able to close on the date I chose, and I received my money on the day of closing just as promised. The entire process was smooth, professional, and much easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend 3 Step Home Sale to anyone who needs to sell their home quickly, especially during a difficult or time-sensitive situation.

This was the easiest company to work with. The transactions were very smooth and efficient. Everything was explained and disclosed to me. I do not recommend using this company if you can avoid it. I was in a bad situation and they were able to help, for that part I am thankful. However, the price offered was disrespectful and even the small amount was negotiated up by me. Unfortunately I had no other choice at the time than to accept it. They said they were offering so low because of renovations they would do…. I just saw the pictures online of this home for rent and they did minimal renovations and will make an insanely high profit at my expense.
